Traditional Yoga

Traditional yoga is far more than a physical workout for strengthening and toning the body. Yoga is about integrating the mind, heart, body and soul, creating peace and ease in your life. Focusing on the traditional aspects of yoga creates an environment free of comparison keeping classes available to everyone, regardless of body weight, size, flexibility, and age.

Pay By Donation

Our intention is to keep yoga classes available to everyone, so all our classes are pay by donation. This simply means there are no set fees. Your donations help build our yoga family while making it available to the entire community. We ask that you kindly donate for each class you attend.
